If you're unsure

If you're unsure

It’s common to feel uncertain about starting support, or to not have a clear “problem statement.” That’s okay. We can clarify this over an exploratory call.

Book a call

Book a call

A brief, no-obligation call to check fit and logistics. This is not therapy and does not involve advice, diagnosis, intervention, or crisis support. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping for, whether this support is appropriate, practical details, and next steps.

Even if you already feel ready to proceed, this call provides a useful space to clarify any questions about the sessions, so that our paid session time can be used as effectively as possible.

Decide if it's a fit

Decide if it's a fit

Following the exploratory call, I’ll confirm by email how I may be able to support you within my scope of practice, and you can then decide whether you’d like to proceed with booking a first session.

You may find it helpful to reflect on the following when choosing a practitioner:

  1. Do I feel comfortable and understood in this interaction?

  2. Does the scope and structure make sense for my needs?

  3. Does this feel like the right support for me at this time?

Review session options

Review session options

At this stage, you can review the available session options and decide how you’d like to proceed. A high-level overview of pricing and packages is provided.

Sessions are offered in a trainee capacity under professional supervision, as part of nationally accredited Australian training.

Complete intake form

Complete intake form

Before your first session, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form. This helps me understand what you’re seeking support with and how to work with you safely and effectively from the outset.

The intake confirms:

  1. What you’d like support with

  2. Relevant history and context

  3. Current supports and brief risk screening

  4. Your preferences, goals, and boundaries

I collect this information to ensure I’m working within scope, to support safety, and to make our sessions as useful and focused as possible from day one.

Book your first session

Book your first session

Once your intake form has been reviewed, I’ll send you a booking link via email for your first session based on your responses. This ensures the session length and format are appropriate for your needs and within scope.

Payment is made at the time of booking. You’ll receive confirmation and any relevant session details once your booking is complete.

A note on agency and advice

A note on agency and advice

This work is collaborative. I won’t tell you what to do or push outcomes. People tend to do best when they feel supported to understand themselves and make their own decisions, rather than being directed or fixed. My role is to support insight, regulation, and clarity so that you can make decisions that align with your values and circumstances.

What sessions are like

What sessions are like

Sessions are structured, conversational, and paced to suit you.

We typically begin by clarifying what feels most relevant that day, then work together to explore patterns, responses, or experiences in a grounded, practical way.

Some sessions feel reflective, others more focused or skills-based. There’s no expectation to perform, disclose everything, or “know what to say.” We work with what’s present.

If this feels aligned, the next step is simply a brief exploratory call.

If it doesn’t, that’s okay. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to support.
