Services offered are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a medical practitioner, psychiatrist, or emergency service.

This work is intended to support reflection, insight, emotional regulation, and personal development.

This service is not designed for crisis intervention or emergency care.

If you are experiencing acute distress, suicidal ideation, or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate support through local emergency services or a crisis support service in your country.

  • Stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue

  • Anxiety patterns and nervous system responses

  • Confidence, self-trust, and internal alignment

  • Habit change and behavioural loops

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • Periods of transition, reassessment, or life change

  • Identity exploration and sense-making

  • Clarifying values, direction, or next steps

  • Creating space for reflection and integration

This service is not suitable for:

  • Crisis intervention

  • Acute psychiatric conditions

  • Situations requiring immediate or intensive clinical care

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if the work is outside scope or not clinically appropriate.

From time to time, sessions may be transcribed or supported using Heidi Health, a secure clinical documentation tool designed for therapeutic and healthcare contexts.

Important points:

  • Transcription is used solely to support accurate note-keeping

  • Transcripts are not shared with third parties

  • I remain the only person with access to your notes

  • Heidi Health operates under healthcare-grade security standards

If you have concerns about transcription or wish to opt out, you may raise this at any time.

  • Initial sessions may take up to 90 minutes

  • Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

  • Prices are displayed clearly at the point of booking

As an online practice, some personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including through the use of third-party software platforms for scheduling, payment processing, and secure record-keeping.

Where information is stored or processed overseas, I take reasonable steps to ensure that providers handle information in a manner consistent with Australian privacy standards and comparable international data-protection principles.

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full and not refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the session still ending at the scheduled time.

  • Sessions may be postponed if the required intake form has not been completed prior to the session time.

This policy ensures fairness and protects reserved session time.
