How sessions work

Sessions are collaborative and paced. Clients choose the focus that feels most relevant to them, and we work within that frame together.

This work is one-on-one and offered as short-term, structured support rather than open-ended or crisis care.

What makes this work different

I bring a strong emphasis on structure, containment, and self-trust.

Sessions are designed to feel focused and supportive, helping change happen at a pace that feels manageable and realistic.

Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may draw on counselling, psychotherapy-informed reflection, or hypnotherapy techniques. Everything we do is guided by informed consent, meaning we only work with what feels right for you, and always within the scope of my training.

People come to this work for many different reasons, and sessions are shaped around what feels most relevant to you at the time.
